Tammy Mitchell is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certified nurse practitioner with over twenty years of diverse experience in family practice, allergy & immunology, women’s health, nutrition, cardiovascular, dermatology, ENT, reconstructive and plastic surgery, rehabilitative, regenerative and wellness medicine. As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a fellowship in Aesthetic medicine, through the University of South Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science in Nursing for Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Florida Nurses Association, and Northeast Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. Tammy shares a holistic philosophy with her patients in order to help them achieve optimal physical health, an inner sense of well-being, confidence, and self-esteem. Tammy lives by the philosophy to treat each patient as a unique individual, with professionalism and genuine compassion utilizing her vast medical knowledge and experience to ensure the best possible treatment and results. In her time away from work, Tammy enjoys keeping incredibly busy enjoying her family and friends with outdoor activities of kayaking, fishing, hunting and Gator football! Tammy is honored to be a member of the Florida Medical and Allergy team and is looking forward to meeting each of you!

Sam Langston, MA: Sam has been living in the Gainesville/High Springs area for the last eight years. She went to school at Daytona State College for her undergrad. She has ten years of Phlebotomy experience, and eight years of Medical Assisting, gaining experience
at Florida Hospital, Lifesouth Bloodbank, and at a General Surgeon's office. Sam loves helping people and will go above and beyond
for her patients. She is very excited to progress her Medical Assisting career in Regenerative medicine and Allergy
with Gainesville Medical Centers. In her spare time she builds houses for Habitat for Humanity,
and enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, daughter Hailee, and son Jacob.
